Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine using proper levels of chemicals.
• Follow all regulations and system standards for sanitation.
• Bus, sort, rinse, and rack dishes.
• Place silverware in appropriate storage areas.
• Keep the kitchen supplied with clean dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, work areas, and restrooms, including trash disposal.

Requirements

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
