Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations to ensure safety, production, and sanitation standards.
- Manage store deliveries, scheduled loads, and product replenishment.
- Resolve purchase order issues and address inventory needs.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize store orders and ensure timely shipments.
- Support transportation operations, including backhauls and special deliveries.
- Oversee staff schedules, assignments, and evaluations to maintain high performance.
- Monitor inventory, address shortages, and maintain accurate system records.
- Uphold company policies while fostering a team-focused work environment.
- Handle customer concerns and discrepancies professionally.
- Contribute to warehouse policies, meetings, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills with experience in WMS software.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Some college coursework preferred, but hands-on experience in warehouse supervision or the wholesale industry is a big plus.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
