The EDI Coordinator II position is a full-time role within the IT department, focusing on managing electronic data interchange (EDI) communications between internal users and external trading partners. The role involves troubleshooting communication issues, setting up new trading partners, and maintaining EDI procedures. The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days in the office and two days remote.

  • Serve as the lead for all communication between internal users, external trading partners, and external EDI network providers.
  • Responsible for sophisticated troubleshooting with new and existing trading partners to tackle communication issues.
  • Set up new trading partners and test new and existing trading partner data maps.
  • Supervise communication system status and test procedures during EDI application software upgrades.
  • Assist the department from home by bringing up the EDI server, fixing communication issues, and advising the EDI team of their status.
  • 4+ years of EDI experience working within a Gentran Server environment.
  • Experience with AS2, VAN, and FTP communication topics.
  • Must be able to work from home or off-site as needed.
  • Must be available to work in a rotation for off-hours 'On Call' duties.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (Citizen or Green Card only).
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related profession/field.
  • Familiar with SQL queries via TOAD.
  • Familiar with Oracle Application.
