About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Valid Driver's License with no at-fault accidents in the last 3 years (required)
• Colorado EMT Certification (required)
• BLS Certification (required)
• 1 year patient care experience (preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply)

Nice To Haves

• Paramedic License (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepares to transport patients by completing vehicle inspections and inventory checks at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintains safe and healthy conditions by following organizational medical protocols and legal regulations.
• Completes patient care reports by entering required information and data obtained from patients and facility staff.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and maintaining equipment inventories.
• Participates in continuing education and relevant training to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
