About The Position
The Engineering Technician position at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers involves producing spatial data products and services for surveying engineering within the Norfolk District. The role requires applying standard surveying practices to solve complex problems, collaborating with engineers and scientists, and providing technical support for hydrographic, topographic, and geodetic survey data acquisition. The technician will also serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative for relevant contracts and conduct UAS flight planning and operations.
