Responsibilities

• Forge new connections by actively seeking out potential clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts.
• Utilize a consultative approach and attentive listening skills to understand the unique needs and preferences of potential customers.
• Address all inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Manage your portfolio of customers from initial contact to finalizing the sale, maintaining oversight throughout the entire sales process.
• Consistently meet and exceed new business and sales goals with the management team.
• Collaborate closely with both the executive team and account management to drive revenue growth for specific campaigns.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, management, or new business development.
• Reputation as a high performer and proven experience exceeding goals in sales or customer service.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Entrepreneurship is preferred but not required.
• Interest in learning and developing a strong understanding of the client industry.
• Time management skills and the ability to properly prioritize.
