About the position

The Executive Assistant for Post Production at 20th Television provides essential administrative support to the Executives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves coordinating with various teams and managing multiple projects while ensuring efficient operations within the Post Production department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support to the Executives of Post Production.
• Maintain daily calendar management, including scheduling calls and meetings with stakeholders and vendor lunches.
• Manage executive travel and expenses.
• Organize and maintain show files and documents.
• Enter or retrieve data from AirTable as requested.
• Order supplies and materials, and coordinate IT support and furniture requirements.
• Assist in creating spreadsheets, forms, and graphics for departmental policies and procedures.
• Support the broader team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of previous assistant experience or working knowledge of post-production operations.
• Bachelor's degree or other film/television-related undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in MacOS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and applications like PIX, Faspex, Aspera on Cloud, Evercast, Clearview Flex, Adobe suite, and Canva.
