About the position
The Family Nurse Practitioner District Manager (FNP) at Paragon Healthcare is responsible for overseeing the operations of infusion facilities within a designated geographical area, ensuring quality and safety in patient care, and managing the flow and processes of infusion suites. This role involves delegating duties, facilitating communication between staff and senior leadership, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple infusion centers.
- Delegate duties and patient care responsibilities to applicable staff.
- Facilitate relationships between staff and the organization, acting as a point of contact.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, INS standards, OSHA guidelines, and state laws.
- Train and oversee center leadership and staff.
- Travel frequently to infusion clinics to ensure adherence to Paragon culture and policies.
- Address clinical concerns to facilitate safe patient care.
- Assist center directors with staffing schedules and special projects.
- Maintain standards of care through orientation and competency assessments.
- Document patient suggestions, complaints, and requests.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, including 2 years of management experience.
- Current, active, and valid unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state(s).
- Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test.

- Healthcare experience with IVs.
- 2+ years of experience with IVs.
- Experience with Port, PICC, and Peripheral Lines.
- Medication Mixing experience.
- Titration experience.
