About the position

This role involves driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and transforming the guest experience by curating uniform collections that align with each client's brand vision and high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Work directly with hotel management, restaurants, and other hospitality venues to understand their uniform needs and design preferences.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve in fashion trends, ensuring the uniforms you recommend are not only functional but also stylish and aligned with the latest design aesthetics.
  • Sales and Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert guidance and personalized service to ensure their uniform needs are met with precision and elegance.
  • Custom Design: Collaborate with designers and manufacturers to create bespoke uniforms that reflect the client's brand, values, and unique atmosphere.
  • Market Expansion: Actively seek out new business opportunities within the hospitality industry to showcase our exclusive offerings.

Requirements

  • Fashion Expertise: A strong understanding of current fashion trends, color palettes, and fabric choices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to uniforms for high-end hospitality settings.
  • Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry (hotel management, restaurant operations, event coordination, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to sell products and services with a consultative approach, focusing on building long-term client relationships.
  • Creative Vision: An eye for detail and a passion for combining functionality with aesthetics in design.
