About the position
The Field Services Technician role at Vivint involves providing expert-level installation and service of smart home technology. Technicians will work in a customer-focused environment, leveraging their skills in technology and sales to maximize earning potential through installation appointments and service leads. Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level installation and service of smart home technology.
- Maximize earning potential by converting service and installation appointments into leads.
- Conduct safety analyses of homes to ensure a safe workplace for both technicians and customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act with honesty and integrity.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Sales experience in car sales, retail sales, insurance sales, B2C sales, or call center experience.
- Field technician experience in cable installation, internet installation, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, or as a solar technician.
- Clean driving record and valid license.
- Ability to thrive in both team environments and independently.
