Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with IDPH regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
  • Provide hands-on support in the kitchen as needed.

Requirements

  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is required.
  • Prior experience as a Food Services Director in a medical facility or central kitchen is ideal.
  • Relevant ServSafe and sanitation certifications are necessary.
  • Nutritional certification is preferred but not required.
  • Culinary training is highly desirable but not required.
