About The Position
The Framing Manager is responsible for leading and coaching a team of framers to build customer relationships and drive custom framing sales. This role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, managing inventory, and delivering high-quality custom framing solutions to customers. The Framing Manager also participates in talent development and performance management activities while serving as Manager on Duty (MOD).
