The Front Desk Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the office by managing administrative and accounting tasks while providing clerical services to various departments. This position is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and enhancing customer service through effective communication and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes visitors and provides a friendly first impression.
  • Answers telephone calls and routes them to the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinates mail and delivery services, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
  • Purchases office supplies based on requests and inventory levels.
  • Coordinates office maintenance, including janitorial and landscaping services.
  • Supports departments in scheduling meetings, lunches, and special events.
  • Ensures common areas of the office are clean, safe, and organized.
  • Maintains inventory of company cellphones and tablets, as well as job costing.
  • Provides clerical assistance to all departments as requested.
  • Handles special projects as assigned.
