About the position

The Front Desk Lead position at our neuro-rehabilitation clinic is a full-time role focused on managing patient interactions and leading a small team of front desk associates. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere while handling various administrative tasks and scheduling appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Heavy schedule management for patient appointments
  • Direct patient interaction answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning, billing, filing, documentation, etc.
  • Direct operational flow of a busy office
  • Coordinate and communicate with the rest of the team to ensure patient needs are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized office
  • Patient coordination for treatment services and equipment cleanup
  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable a small team

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with computers and software applications
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Able to adapt and be flexible with changes in day
  • Empathetic and able to connect to people
  • Ability to keep confidential information and uphold HIPAA regulations
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • 2 years of front desk experience (Preferred)
