About the position

As a Fulfillment Specialist at Super Bright LEDs, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This part-time role involves various tasks such as box making, labeling, picking and packing orders, and managing shipping and receiving. The position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Pick and pack products efficiently and ensure proper packaging for shipment.
• Collaborate with inventory team to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure orders are accurate and free from defects.
• Ensure all processing areas are neat, clean, and organized.
• Report out of stock issues to supervisor and restock bins from warehouse.
• Assist processing UPS and USPS shipments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with order fulfillment is desired, but not required.
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and reach stock.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with order fulfillment (1 year preferred).
