Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all gas station customers

• Monitor fuel levels and restock as needed
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning gas pumps and restocking supplies
• Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have
• Conduct product demonstrations for new or promotional items
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
• Proficient in using a cash register and other point-of-sale systems
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Knowledge of wireless sales or technology sales is beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
