Responsibilities

• Conduct essential repairs and upkeep for residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes and fixtures.
• Repair electrical systems, including light switches and outlets.
• Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, and other carpentry work.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Install, repair, or replace various types of flooring.
• Perform repairs and replacements of concrete driveways and walkways.
• Inspect, repair, and replace roofing materials and gutters.
• Perform masonry repairs and installations, including brick and stone work.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain water heaters.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and power wash outdoor areas.
• Install temporary tarps during emergency repairs.
• Maintain lawns, trim hedges, and clear snow during winter.
• Prepare properties for colder months by weatherproofing doors and windows.
• Perform maintenance tasks for parking lots.

Requirements

• Proven experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or related fields.
• Strong technical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Personal tools required for the job.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
