About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must demonstrate exceptional reliability (i.e., attendance, punctuality).
• Must possess a safety-awareness approach to all tasks and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Ability to learn machine operating procedures, methods, materials, tools, equipment, and parts used in performing semi-skilled work.
• Must be able to follow oral and simple written directions and perform simple arithmetic calculations.
• Must be able and willing to work daily and/or Saturday overtime.
• Must be able to safely lift, push and/or pull up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• The ability to read blueprints is a plus!
• Prior experience as a laborer in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing the work area and ensuring that materials and tools are available as needed.
• Returns tools and equipment to their proper place.
• Helps keep tools and supplies in a clean and orderly manner on the job.
• Cleans the work area after the job is completed.
• Performs other housekeeping duties as needed.
