About the position

The General Manager at Crispy Chicken & Burgers is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, and maintaining financial performance. Responsibilities

• Responsible for everyday supervision of store outlets
• Manage resources effectively
• Oversee stock, staff, and sales management
• Recruit and appraise staff
• Train and supervise staff
• Handle onboarding for new staff members
• Create schedules and ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed
• Manage budgets and maintain financial records
• Deal with customer complaints and queries
• Oversee stock and pricing control
• Maximize profitability and productivity
• Motivate staff to meet sales targets
• Set sales targets and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
• Prepare promotional displays and materials
• Liaise with upper management
• Manage promotional prospects, benefits, and salaries of staff
• Provide opportunities for staff advancement
• Ensure a clean food preparation environment
• Place food service orders and maintain inventory

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Food service experience
• Food Safety Education Certificate (e.g., ServSafe) required or must be obtained within 1 month of hire
