Cutshaw Automotive is seeking a motivated and reliable General Service / Lube Technician to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality automotive services, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are performed correctly the first time. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and improve their skills while contributing to a family-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard repairs on all makes/models of vehicles.
• Conduct quality inspections and recommend necessary services.
• Execute auto repairs, including oil changes, tire installation, alignments, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of industry experience.
• VA Inspection Certification (preferred).
• ASE certifications (preferred).
• Personal tools.
• Strong passion for completing quality work and providing exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver's license.
