About the position

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager for Professional Services, Support, and Cloud Services at IQGeo is responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand service offerings across North America. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and ensuring successful delivery of services through collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer opportunities for Professional Services, Support Services, and Cloud Services.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and package service offerings for sale through direct and indirect channels.
  • Develop key messaging and materials to support the sales process for services.
  • Work closely with the global delivery team to create new service packages and solutions.
  • Perform ongoing competitive analysis to ensure effective pricing and positioning of service offerings.
  • Partner with the Demand Generation team to create sales strategies that generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to create training materials for the sales team and partners.
  • Support the sales team in closing service opportunities by aligning pricing, packaging, delivery, and support with customer needs.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, product marketing, or a similar role within the technology or telecom industry.
  • Proven success in positioning and selling professional services, support services, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of telecom services and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of market analysis, competitive pricing, and packaging strategies.
  • Experience with sales enablement and developing training materials.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
