- Make travel accommodations for the team.
- Monitor the academic progress of student athletes.
- Sponsor and promote activities to grow community support.
- Track scholarships on an annual basis.
- Support the spiritual growth of student athletes.
- Operate the program within university guidelines and compliance with NCCAA/NAIA rules.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience in managing a budget.
- Diplomacy and tact in communication.
- Ability to work well with others in a Christian university environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in coaching golf at a collegiate level.
