About the position
The Stutsman Complex Program Technician at RICCA is responsible for ensuring the safety and welfare of clients in a residential extended care facility for substance use services. This role involves collaborating with staff to manage operational issues, providing support to clients, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the program. The position offers opportunities for personal growth and professional development in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with staff to address operational issues and minimize crises.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of clients during late-night hours.
- Assist clients in acclimating to our Residential Extended Care Facility.
- Educate clients about program rules and guidelines.
- Provide support to clients in the absence of Program Counselors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director and/or Program Manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Prior experience in behavioral health preferred.
- Excellent people skills and written communication skills.
- Computer knowledge and experience desired.
