About the position

The Guest Experience Manager at CAVA plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for guests while supporting daily restaurant operations. This position involves leading and developing team members, maintaining high standards in food safety and quality, and managing food and beverage operations. The role requires a passion for service and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop Team Members and Special Ops Trainers
  • Be responsible for the entire guest experience
  • Develop Culinary Leads and uphold food safety & quality standards
  • Oversee food and beverage management, including inventory, ordering, and budget
  • Put deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned
  • Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in a restaurant or customer service environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to manage food safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with inventory management
  • Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
  • Previous experience in a managerial role
