Responsibilities
- Promote the culture and values of Wings Over by acting with integrity and honesty.
- Maintain a calm and collected demeanor to ensure the store operates to Wings Over standards.
- Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
- Communicate information and ideas to the leadership team to promote store growth and a positive work environment.
- Assist with new crew member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful coaching as needed.
- Deliver Smileable Experiences to all customers by prioritizing customer satisfaction and connection.
- Help deliver the promise of Amazing Food by keeping all workstations clean and organized.
- Consistently deliver quality food and service by following recipe and presentation standards.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Requirements

- Ability to multitask effectively.
