Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle day-to-day front desk tasks, including check-ins, mail distribution, and tour scheduling.
  • Monitor and maintain shared spaces (kitchen, meeting rooms, and common areas) to ensure a clean and organized environment.
  • Address any member needs or questions, escalating issues to full-time staff as necessary.
  • Perform light administrative tasks such as scheduling, basic data entry, and stocking supplies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with basic office technology (computers, printers, WiFi troubleshooting, etc.).
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
  • Reliability and punctuality are a must.
