About The Position

The Home Support Specialist position at Eagle Quest involves providing support and services to at-risk youth and their families. Requirements

• Minimum of a high school education or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Pass FBI and Interstate background checks at candidate's expense (reimbursable after employed)
• Valid Nevada driver's license (must obtain within 30 days)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Psychology, Sociology, Community Health Sciences, Health Ecology, Public Health, Social Work, Human Development, Early Childhood Education, Nursing, Speech Pathology, or Anthropology (Required to be considered a QMHA)
• At least one year of experience working with youth and family preservation type programs (higher level of care experience preferred)

Responsibilities

• Facilitating service scheduling for providers within the home
• Facilitating Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR) and self-care, social, and communication skills training and mentoring with clientele
• Providing a safe and secure environment and attending to clients' physical needs
• Coordinating recreational activities with adolescents in a residential program
• Documenting services provided for Medicaid reporting
• Assisting with client and appointment transportation in the company vehicle
