Responsibilities

• Cleans and prepares guest rooms and public areas according to established standards.
• Retrieves items from shelves and storerooms, setting up cleaning carts with supplies.
• Cleans windows, doors, walls, closets, and fixtures in rooms and public areas.
• Washes shower walls, tubs, toilets, and sinks to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Replaces towels, soaps, and room amenities, ensuring adequate supplies for guests.
• Cleans hard floor areas by hand and vacuums rooms and public areas.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, fixtures, and wall hangings.
• Strips beds of all linen and remakes with fresh linens, checking for cleanliness.
• Inspects room equipment and reports maintenance deficiencies to management.
• Maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• No formal experience required for the position.
• Ability to push loaded supply carts and carry replacement amenities.
