About the position

The HRIS Administrator at ABA Centers of America is responsible for optimizing and managing HR technology platforms, including UKG, Workforce Now, Workday, and Paychex. This role focuses on maintaining system functionality, improving HR processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting HR analytics. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to streamline HR workflows and provide technical expertise for system implementations and upgrades, contributing to the company's mission of providing exceptional autism care.

Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS platforms to enhance user experience and streamline HR workflows.
  • Implement and test system updates, upgrades, and new functionalities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide technical and configuration support for key HR processes, including open enrollment, performance management, payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to generate custom reports and insights for performance management, compliance, and payroll.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training materials.
  • Train HR team members and end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, troubleshooting, and error resolution.
  • Manage group data updates, imports, exports, and clean-ups.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to address integration challenges and enhancements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes through better utilization of system features and functionalities.
  • Recommend new tools, protocols, or system enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, computer science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HRIS, HR process, and analytics experience.
  • Experience with UKG Ready as an Analyst or Admin in a company is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of various HRIS platforms such as Workforce Now, Paychex, UKG, and Workday.
  • Knowledge of functional areas: Dashboards, Reporting and Analytics, Onboarding, Performance Management, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Absence Tracking, with superuser-level abilities in report writing, system configuration, data mapping, and data import.
  • Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings.
  • Understanding of integration and reporting processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective collaboration with teammates of varying technical knowledge.
  • Ability to exercise extreme discretion with confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to recommend and successfully implement changes to better serve the organization.
  • Experience in high-growth environments with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
