Responsibilities

• Walk the store and initiate communication with potential customers through a brief water survey.
• Meet or exceed the minimum standard for qualified leads, ensuring consistent lead generation performance aligned with company expectations.
• Provide accurate and timely information to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be willing to work at least 20 hours/week with at least 5 hours on a weekend day.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle rejection well and move on quickly to the next prospect.
• Fast learner and can adapt to change.
• Must have physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, meeting and talking to people.
