About the position

A-1 Industries is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. The role requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of routine and semi-skilled tasks involving general maintenance of the facility, equipment, and grounds.
• Provide constant oversight and manage the upkeep of various electrical systems, mechanical systems, production machinery, office equipment, and plumbing.
• Ensures all building systems are running at optimal efficiency.
• Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
• Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
• Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems with the facility.
• Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
• Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility.
• Maintains inventory of supplies.
• Assist higher-level technicians.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
