Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in implementing the Montessori curriculum and daily activities.

• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
• Comply with all state education and licensing standards.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma.
• Must have an Early Childhood Education Certificate or equivalent college degree.
• Must successfully clear a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous Montessori teaching experience preferred.
• Montessori Certification preferred.
