About the position

The Information Systems Web Applications Development Applications Manager will oversee the management and administration of various digital marketing and social media applications. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of these systems, leading a technical team, and integrating new technologies to enhance the company's digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of Digital Marketing applications such as Emarsys and Salesforce.
• Manage technical administration of Social Media applications including Hootsuite and Sprout.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical administrators.
• Ensure effective database management using SQL and MySQL.
• Collaborate on data integration projects and manage XML APIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a system administrator of Digital Marketing applications.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical manager/system admin of Social Media applications.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical admin teams.
• Experience with database management (SQL, MySQL).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Medallia application is a plus.
• In-depth technical knowledge of data integration and XML APIs.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and understand new technologies quickly.
