Responsibilities

• Analyze operating systems and applications including Windows Server 2012, LINUX, and VMware.
• Troubleshoot failures to isolate the source of problems and determine corrective actions.
• Develop and execute recovery plans to restore operations.
• Provide system administration support for in-house Enterprise Management and software delivery systems.
• Guide IT personnel on the capabilities and utilization of operating systems and applications.
• Analyze requests for modifications to existing systems and programs.
• Participate in the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of business/information systems.

Requirements

• At least one year of specialized experience in systems administration.
• Experience in creating technical documentation for Information Systems and associated applications.
• Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and applications such as Windows Server, LINUX, and VMware.
• Experience managing network infrastructure tools and administering servers and databases on LAN and WAN.
• Knowledge of compliance with legal and regulatory directives, RMF requirements, and NIST Security Controls.
• Valid IAT Level II Certification.
