About the position

The Instructional Designer position focuses on building and managing the performance review module in Cornerstone on Demand for NYCHA's Human Resources team. The role involves ensuring the accuracy of the performance review process, testing functionalities, and providing support during the launch phase.

Responsibilities

• Build all elements of the performance review module in Cornerstone on Demand.
• Input competencies, goals, questions, emails, and notifications for participants.
• Test the full performance review process for managers and supervisors in the production environment.
• Support the Human Resources team in launching the performance review process in December 2024.
• Assist with troubleshooting and inquiries from users post-launch.
• Develop informational materials to support the launch as requested.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Cornerstone on Demand, including the Performance Essentials - System Administrator module.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 2 years of experience with Cornerstone (required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in developing or implementing performance reviews.
• Experience working within complex organizations and/or governmental organizations.
