About The Position
This position is a blended role that provides comprehensive IT technical support for the company while also delivering instructional training on 802.11 (WiFi) technology to clients. The role involves spending approximately 75% of the time on IT support services and 25% on teaching students in various environments, including classrooms and scenario-based training. Travel may be required, with an estimated 25% or more of the time spent away from the office.
