About the position

The IT Marketing Manager at SmartSource is responsible for managing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the IT Services vertical. This role focuses on developing and implementing demand generation campaigns to drive new business and enhance brand recognition. The position requires collaboration with sales teams and the marketing director to create effective marketing strategies that engage target audiences and contribute to pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a marketing plan that aligns with the business objectives of the ITS segment.
  • Build and own Journey's ABM strategy for target accounts, developing multi-channel demand generation programs that meet pipeline goals.
  • Manage and execute content development for advertising, email campaigns, and website development that aligns with overall ITS go-to-market strategy.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Ops Manager and Senior Digital Marketing Manager to execute digital marketing strategies, including data list enrichment, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation for websites and landing pages.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, based on OIT marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to support business objectives and ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Measure campaign success using pipeline influence, lead quality, and ROI, and optimize performance based on insights.

Requirements

  • History of successful demand generation campaigns with a strong understanding of various marketing channels (paid social, paid search, organic social, content/SEO, email marketing, event marketing, PR, ABM).
  • A working knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and ZoomInfo is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing automation and measurement, specifically in account-based marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnel and tactics.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, focusing on integrated campaigns across marketing tactics: email, social media, content, and paid tactics.
  • A creative mindset to create innovative ABM strategies that drive results.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in addressable B2B audience development.
  • Experience with any of the target industries (Entertainment, Legal, Government, Staffing, Cybersecurity) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
