About The Position

As an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Contact Government Services (CGS), you will leverage your expertise in application and systems software to support various stakeholders. This role involves analyzing complex hardware, software, and telecommunication systems to define processes and procedures for diverse use cases across departments. You will be responsible for consulting on the design, development, documentation, and delivery of standard operating procedures and training materials, contributing to government innovation through collaboration and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in OBIEE, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a clearance.
  • Knowledge of data governance, management, modeling, cleansing, extraction and transformation, analysis, migration, integration, and mapping.
  • 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL.
  • Experience with Agile Methodology is highly desired.
  • Experience with Data Analytics tools (i.e.: ADVANA) is highly desired.
  • Experience with UNIX OS is highly desired.
  • Experience with Java is highly desired.
  • Experience with SFTO is highly desired.
  • Experience with APEX is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in application and systems software to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex hardware, software, and telecommunication systems.
  • Define processes and procedures for use cases across departments.
  • Consult on the design, development, and documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Deliver presentations and training materials to a wide range of audiences.
  • Assess and redefine procedures and standards using best practices.
  • Enhance understanding of agency systems among stakeholders and system users.
  • Coordinate program goals, requirements, performance analysis, and innovation projects with IT and Business experts.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in IT systems and business ventures.
  • Develop procedures, manuals, and documentation for process and technology needs.
  • Define upgrade or replacement strategies for information systems.
  • Support the operation and maintenance of complex IT systems.
