The Junior Technical Support role at Broadridge involves providing post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance. Responsibilities

  • Provides post-sale technical support services to customers.
  • Installs, troubleshoots, resolves problems, and maintains products.
  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding operation and malfunctions.
  • Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments.
  • Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering from inception to installation to final delivery.
  • Applies theoretical knowledge to achieve goals through structured work assignments.
  • Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
  • Receives instruction, guidance, and direction from others.
  • Exchanges straightforward information and checks for understanding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with SQL, code debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical support experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of AS/400 is preferred.
  • Understanding of fixed income business is preferred.
