About The Position

The Junior Website Designer at 20Twenty Design plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. This position involves collaborating with senior designers and web developers to deliver high-quality web experiences for a diverse clientele. The designer will be responsible for the entire design process, from initial concepts to final launch, ensuring that all designs meet client expectations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio required
• Strong design skills
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Associate's degree or equivalent in Design preferred
• Bachelor's Degree is a plus
• Efficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, WordPress
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
• Proven talent for creating fresh, unique, and professional designs
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team to meet deadlines
• Takes creative direction to produce high-quality work

Responsibilities

• Design high-end, responsive website layouts and website elements
• Draft and prototype website designs using wireframes, user flows, and site maps
• Support the web design process from concept to launch
• Create polished web designs using Figma, WordPress and other CMS
• Test and debug web interfaces for user-friendliness
• Perform website audits
• Update and maintain existing websites
• Execute design requests based on client feedback
• Multi-task various projects
• Work with senior designers and web developers
• Collaborate with other departments to build websites and create other digital content
• Handle internal design and development requests
