About the position

The Lead FCS Business Risk & Control Advisor is responsible for overseeing and managing risk and control processes within the organization. This role involves assessing business risks, implementing control measures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The advisor will work closely with various teams to enhance risk management strategies and promote a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee risk assessment processes and identify potential business risks.

  • Develop and deliver training programs on risk management and control processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
