About the position

The Legal Enterprise Applications Analyst will be responsible for the support, management, and enhancement of key legal and business applications at Beveridge and Diamond. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in legal technology and enterprise application support, collaborating closely with attorneys, legal support staff, and the IT team to ensure efficient operation of core applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for legal and business applications, ensuring uptime, performance, and usability.
  • Perform system configurations, updates, and maintenance for the full suite of enterprise applications, both on-prem and cloud.
  • Lead integration efforts between core systems, including Intapp, Elite 3E, and other firm applications.
  • Develop automation workflows to streamline processes.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for attorneys and staff to optimize application usage.
  • Work with internal stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, identify needs, and implement solutions for workflows and process improvements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including monitoring service-level agreements (SLAs) for cloud-hosted platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy across applications, ensuring compliance with firm policies, legal standards, and data governance requirements.
  • Provide advanced support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve business efficiency and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead or participate in the implementation of new modules, features, or application upgrades.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting legal or professional services enterprise applications.
  • Strong knowledge of iManage Work Cloud.
  • Experience with the Intapp suite, ideally Walls, Intake and Time.
  • Experience with an accounting system (Elite 3E or Aderant) and related modules.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, user administration, and data management.
  • Familiarity with legal industry workflows and document management practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications in Microsoft, iManage or Intapp solutions.
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools to streamline workflows.
  • Knowledge of APIs/SQL, and reporting tools to support data analysis and custom reporting.
  • Familiarity with legal industry compliance standards for data governance and security.
  • Proven experience with cloud migration projects.
