Responsibilities

  • Help people apply for loans and ensure all paperwork is accurate.
  • Keep track of loan accounts, ensuring payments are processed correctly and statements are sent out.
  • Answer customer questions regarding their loans and payment schedules.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Correct any mistakes and handle refunds when necessary.
  • Analyze credit reports, including Softpulls.
  • Stay updated with loan regulations and ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • A college degree in finance or business is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Basic computer skills are helpful.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience working with loans is a plus, but training will be provided.
