The Lounge Agent position at Escape Lounges involves providing high-end hospitality services in an airport lounge setting. The role focuses on customer interaction, maintaining lounge standards, and ensuring a premium experience for guests. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with a strong background in hospitality, capable of working flexible shifts and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensuring the lounge area is maintained and presented to the highest possible standard
• Taking bookings and keeping accurate records of each customer
• Serving and taking payment for food and alcoholic beverages
• Maintaining stock levels

Requirements

• Experience within the hospitality sector with a proven track record in high-end hospitality services
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
• Flexibility around shift times and availability
• Computer literate with experience in booking systems and electronic point of sales systems
• Must be over 19 years old to comply with service of alcohol policy
• Ability to pass a TSA background check to obtain an airport badge
• High energy and can-do attitude

Nice-to-haves

• Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
