About The Position

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of the facilities. This role includes both interior and exterior maintenance, landscaping, and minor repairs, while also emphasizing quality customer service and safety. The technician will work independently and collaboratively to meet the needs of the organization and its clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid, state-issued driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, planting, and removing weeds.
• Spray chemicals including pesticides, fertilizers, and weed killers.
• Conduct exterior building maintenance including power washing and cleaning windows.
• Ensure walkways and parking lots are free of debris and hazards.
• Maintain cleanliness in dumpster areas and check lighting, changing bulbs as necessary.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as changing air filters and inspecting plumbing fixtures for leaks.
• Conduct minor repairs to toilets, faucets, walls, and drywall.
• Paint as needed and assemble furniture when required.
• Move items to and from storage as requested and provide inner-company courier services.
• Hang artwork and complete all mandatory training as required.
