About the position

The Manager Retention Specialist at Quality of Life is a full-time role focused on enhancing customer retention through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The position involves analyzing various marketing channels, including email, SMS, and direct mail, to optimize customer engagement and increase metrics such as average order value (AOV), repeat purchase value, and lifetime value (LTV). The role is integral to the company's growth in the direct-to-consumer supplement market, working within a dynamic digital marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the in-house copywriter and creative director to analyze and improve Klaviyo email campaigns.
  • Develop and test strategies to grow subscription (auto-ship) revenue.
  • Analyze text message campaigns for optimization opportunities.
  • Review direct mail data to identify segment improvements using PostPilot.
  • Focus on increasing order value, purchase frequency, and customer lifetime value.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with Klaviyo data and optimization.
  • Preferred experience with Stay.AI or other subscription apps on Shopify like Recharge.
  • Proven success in increasing AOV and LTV through retention strategies.
  • Expertise in analytic tracking software such as TripleWhale and Northbeam.
  • Experience in SMS optimization management.
  • Ability to build upsell funnels and backend engagement campaigns.
  • Strong background in data analytics and various retention strategies.
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with the tools and strategies outlined above.
  • Preferred experience in supplements, cosmetics, or health industries.
  • Experience managing people, both internal and external.
