Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
• Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
• Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash effectively.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing sales and managing inventory.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about new products and their benefits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Uphold all legal regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries efficiently.
• Knowledge of cannabis products and the ability to communicate this knowledge clearly is essential.
