About the position

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior.
  • Employ Google Ads and Google Search Console to optimize online visibility.
  • Manage and maintain social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging social media content and monitor online conversations.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Segment email lists and personalize messages to improve engagement.
  • Track email performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing marketing calendars, tracking budgets, and maintaining marketing assets.
  • Assist with maintaining marketing projects in project management software.
  • Assist with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Maintain marketing supplies, ensuring supplies are up to date.
  • Comply with agency policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • One to two years of marketing experience.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console is preferred.
  • Experience with project management software is preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
