About the position

The Marketing Consultant III, Acquisition and Retention is responsible for supporting the development and execution of multi-channel direct marketing campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition and member retention. This role involves refining customer attributes, leveraging data modeling, and collaborating with creative teams to enhance marketing strategies and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of multi-channel direct marketing campaigns.
  • Refine customer attributes using internal databases and partner with the Analytics team.
  • Leverage data modeling targeted at increasing response, application, and funding rates, including A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team on copy and creative development.
  • Conduct market data collection and synthesis to create actionable marketing plans.
  • Implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and verify brand consistency.
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics and report on ROI of strategies and tactics.
  • Assist with the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies.
  • Gather data and stakeholder input to develop creative briefs for the creative team.
  • Manage marketing project management tasks, including developing project plans and coordinating stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years direct marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Journalism, Humanities, Business, Social Science, or related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in marketing, communications, or a directly related field.
