About the position

The Marketing Director at Rock Revival will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans aimed at driving business growth and enhancing brand awareness. This role involves overseeing all marketing activities, including digital marketing, product management, content marketing, SEO, advertising sales, and e-commerce, while leading a team to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals
• Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
• Oversee the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation

Requirements

• 5+ Years of progressive Marketing Experience, 3+ years in a Director role
• Experience in Fashion / Apparel/ Wholesale is a plus
• Strong knowledge of website management and e-commerce
• Experience in product management, including product development and launch
• Proficiency in content marketing strategies and tactics
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools for data-driven decision making
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proven track record in driving advertising sales and revenue growth
• Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
